Both UK and US order ship locally so no duties are required upon receiving your package.

No, we do not ship to PO boxes.

All orders placed before 12pm GMT will ship same day. Orders placed after 12pm will ship the following day. If you have any questions regarding when your order will be shipped please get in touch with us at support@pruzan.co.

You have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, brand new with original tag(s), unworn or unused, and in its original packaging.

Customers are responsible for paying return shipping.

3. Pack and ship your items. We recommend you purchase a label with tracking.
4. Once we receive your item, your refund will appear to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.

When your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return confirmation email once we receive your package. Please note: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. For your protection, please retain tracking information for your return. We are not responsible for item(s) that do not arrive at our warehouse and cannot supply proof of delivery signature.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if there are any outstanding questions regarding your return. Once approved, you’ll be refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 30 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please get in touch with us at support@pruzan.co so we can help.

We include size charts in each of our product pages. Pruzan sizes follows standard sizing of your favourite brands. The only difference is that we believe all bodies can and should enjoy our products alike.
