I’m running in Hyde Park. I love how despite being in the heart of the city there are pockets of it that feel quite wild.

My favourite London Fashion Week show this weekend was the new London label TOVE Studio (@Tovestudio). It first debuted in February and the founders - both ex-Topshop - have really nailed that understatedly expensive aesthetic pioneered by the likes of The Row, Gabriela Hearst and Toteme, but at prices that don’t cost a week’s holiday.
I am also really excited to see Sarah Burton’s final show for McQueen, coming up at Paris Fashion Week. After 13 years at the helm, it’s bound to be quite the swansong.

I live in Notting Hill and for coffee I think you can’t beat Granger (@grangerandco) or Beam (@cafebeam). I’m addicted to Roll Baby’s (@rollbabyuk) healthy Vietnamese rolls for lunch and for dinner Endo Kazutoshi's sushi spot SUMI (@sumilondon) is absolutely sensational. For pints its always The Cow (@thecowlondon).

Honestly despite having done it so much I absolutely loathe packing. I tend to just take everything and hope for the best. I never travel without a steamer and my top tip would be that most smart hotels will bring you a clothes rail to your room if you ask – top diva move.

HAIM, Shania Twain, Self Esteem and I’ve got back into Robyn and La Roux.
